But war thunder gave their ammo racks an RNG generated chance anytime it gets hit to cook off. I'd say 60% of the time ammo doesnt detonate on T-series tanks. Meanwhile ammo goes orange on my Ariete and thats enough to cook it.

@@da.da. the Ariete is underperforming in WT, not only it lacks some sull armor, but also turret armor and the WAR kit was modelled as a spaced chemical 20 mm plating when in fact should be a kineteic armor araund 220mm, the turret should be in between 2a4 and 2a5 levels of protection, yes it's old but the design was specifically studied at the time to accomodate for the terrain, the type 10 has the same design but being newer the armor technologies in it are of course more advanced
