I would have to say that if you do one video a day to keep yourself sober, Gabriel (pronounced Hen-he-qui) would be the best one to cover, I cannot describe in a word or two what happens when he sings but healing and peace come to mind. Its something so much greater than that, so much more complexed and what we see is not the reality in anyways, the human experience is something thats not human, but thats just how i see it.... but i am pretty sure i am totally wrong like everyone else is on this topic. 😂 I see it like this and it goes with everything, whatever floats your boat, stick with it! If i works for you and it makes your life better im all in for it! I was born in Sri Lanka but adopted to Sweden when i was 2 month, moved back to Sri Lanka soon 9 years ago. This is where I get my strength from. From what you shared, it's safe to say, you do not believe in pray. I believe there is nothing more powerful than the power of prayer. So I will pray for you. 🙏 You must admit that it won't hurt! 😇🤣 I have been dealing with depression. I moved to the islands. I live across from a mariner and have a beautiful view of the water. I'ts been calming to sit out on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and a cigerrette. Both of which I quit 33 days ago. My count is not as challenging as yours but is important all the same. I quit drinking years ago. And cannabis February 2023. I smoked mostly to help with the depression. The calmness of the water did it's job. It looks like you're setting yourself up for success. This is good! Stay positive! Set attainable goals! And if you're able to box, play golf, surf, swim, make it happen! Music always soothes the soul. This is good. It is 3:30 AM here. I must rest now. Check in with you later! Shalom...be beautiful ❤️

@@MamaD-db4jj Hey there! Just came home from a surf session, very nice waves. I do believe in pray i do believe in words can transform to life happenings. Do i pray yes sometimes. I dont see that pray is connected to religon in that way, a pray can be to your higher self. Happy to hear about your life and i am happy that you pray for me, thank you. I am openminded in a lot of ways but i stand strong on my thoughts on what i call life, and again i think i am very off but thats just my way of seeing things. Cannabis been my comfort since i was a teen, it was my medicin for handle life, then it backfired so if i smoke i go in to the darkness very fast. Music helps me to stay grounded and thats why i use music on my sobriety journey and we have something to listen to on the channel! Budu saranai! Stay Blessed ❤
