Okay it’s been like 3 years and I still find myself coming back to this scene. First: the way he says her name when he see’s her ( I love how Capulet used to be used by him as an insult but changed into a term of endearment by this point). Second: the slow roll of the tears and you can see it drop of his face when the view is on Rose. Third: the look he gives her when she says “I failed you!” makes my heart explodes because he desperately doesn’t want her to feel that way. Fourth: The sweet look on his face when she moves closer to him. Fifth: the swallow and quick intake of breath after the first kiss. Sixth: again with the slow rolling tears as they kiss a second time. Seventh: the look of pure disappointment and frustration on his face when the guard opens the door. ...... ugh I miss this show!

I love this scene. One of the best on screen kisses that I have ever seen. This sealed the deal for Benvolio and Rosalind. They would have gotten together in the end after the chaos died down and Prince Escalus cover from his injuries so he can rule the country. I miss this show and I wish it wasn’t cancelled. 💯💯👏🏽👏🏽

The relieved way he says her name at the beginning always gets me. Also, call me crazy, but does it look like he's about to mouth a certain word that begins with "L" just as the guard opens the door? His tongue clearly moves to the roof of his mouth. The HD version is much clearer.

This show should never have been a planned many seasons show, it didn't have the strength for it (if you've read the book). It had the great strength to be a 10 episode special drama but they went and ended it on a cliffhanger with no chance of ever seeing a 2nd season. Read the book if you want closure on Rosalind and Benvolios relationship! You will not be disappointed.
