I am from Iraq...and we are very sorry for these procedures...in fact, I do not know what is the reason for this procedure because entry from the south to the north is easy, but entry from the north of Iraq to the center and south requires an additional visa...I hope that your problem will be solved and that you will reach Baghdad safely and see the rest of the provinces and monuments...good luck... Hi Kristina, i have the same Transalp as you have, same year, same color. And also mine sometimes won't start. It helpt if you wiggle the red start/stop button before starting again. Mine has 95000km and still going strong.

May I ask why you are trying to fly without your vehicle? ...ok so I went and watched your previous video to understand why. The company I work for gets us visas for southern Iraq and it’s a huge hassle, we have to do blood test and submit our passport for 72 hours I rather stay in Irbil when I’m working in Iraq

Cut your losses , I couldn't get through the Georgia/Azerbaijan border, so I have come back to the UK and will fly out to Central Asia ...If you want to go with motorcycle a transit visa through Russia is the best option, met two Dutch girls that went through and back with a Toyota Land cruiser and they had no problems ....

​@@krikkosadventureThis is just my advice... take it or leave it.... You have to know when to turn around... I was deeply disappointed when I did, but I returned to Turkey and had a great time, the South East Kars Adana Erzurum Nemrut is amazing and you could spend months having a great time.... You are young and have plenty of time to return, and the best route is Georgia /Azerbaijan by far, hopefully it will open in the future , when it does I am ready to go!... Nothing wrong with turning around, I hope you do get through, but just remember their is a time to draw a line in the sand.... Good luck 😊

If the federal Iraqi visa causes such problems, can't you turn around and go back to Turkey, then cross from Turkey to Iran? 🤔 I remember from Itchy Boots Season 1 that the Turkmenistan visa is just about the most difficult one to get. So maybe the southern route around Afghanistan offers itself? 🤷‍♂

The PROBLEM is: Germany is also a FEDERAL REPUBLIC. But when you entered Germany through Bavaria and got a visa (before Schengen) then the"Freistaat of Bayern" would give you a visa for FEDERAL GERMANY and NOT "Bavarian Free State". Whereas The Kurds now in a Federal Republic with Iraq have a GOAL to be independent in future. They can't get rid of their ethnic deseased minds and issue already "Kurdistan" visas. That's what the Baghdad government does NOT accept but because they don't have the military power and Kurds are supported by the USA but also as you have seen in the video by Sweden...they continue that way and thus makes Swedish girls unable to enter Iraq from the North. You should also blame your own government supporting these Kurdish policies.

Türkiye has about 30 km wide direct border with central iraq. We are working to build a border gate there. Then entering tribal area of North Iraq wont be necessary.

Mr Mongul Turk, you don’t have an inch border with federal Iraq! Your border is 100% with Kurdistan Region. Second, she is safe in Kurdistan, Kurdish people are very nice and most hospitable people in the world! You should worry for her when she enters federal Iraq! Not when she is in Kurdistan! The Tribal Kurds have more code of ethics and conduct than you Mongul Turks ever had!
