I live in Brooklyn and we had this amazing chinese resturant that made spanish food. They would argue in the kitchens in Cantonese and then come out and greet the custumers in perfect spanish. First time I heard them it tripped me out. To this day they made the best tostones, steak and mofongo I've ever had. It was even better than my mom's cooking and I grew up eating Spanish food.

Time out. Can we just acknowledge how pretty Dulce is with no make-up on? Sheesh. We keep Pelagrino around because we love mineral water. It actually DOES hydrate - in fact, it can speed up hydration. Also, mineral water has extra minerals. Still water at our house comes from a Brita water purifier. Sometimes it has to be still water! Hey, did you two ever debate the cats versus dogs question?? And yeah, would love it if you'd come to San Francisco! Thank you for the weekly fun. Love you both so much!

@10:00 Sometimes beers on tap (usually stouts) are served with nitrogen rather than CO2. (Hence the term "nitro stout".) The nitrogen bubbles are a different size, and that gives the beer a smoother texture. I've never heard of nitro water, but I don't see why it couldn't be done.

I really wish the myth that sparkling water doesn’t hydrate you would stop already. It’s just bubbly water. Tonic water is different but carbonation doesn’t cause dehydration. I personally use sparkling water when I use electrolyte mixes because it’s makes it more fun. I also make mocktails with sparkling water and electrolytes as a fun drink. Water doesn’t have to be boring. But sparkling water does hydrate. Ask as DOCTOR.

Champagne was first created by accident, when Chardonnay was bottled too early before the fermentation was complete. They decided they liked it, and a new product was born. Also fun fact, it can only be branded Champagne if made in the Champagne region of France. If made anywhere else, it's just "sparkling wine".

that lady that didn't want ice water: sounds like she has very sensitive tastebuds. if the ice isn't made from the same water on tap, it can totally have a different flavor. even if its from the same tap, the machine could be adding its own flavor (maybe time to do a deep clean?)
