Hi Guys. I’ve noticed that you work with contact cement extensively. My stepfather was a cobbler who worked with contact cement everyday. Several years ago he was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (cancer of White Blood Plasma Cells). The doctors suspected his frequent use of contact cement had caused the myeloma. It’s extremely difficult to treat and he has to have chemotherapy for the rest of his life. I would hate to see anybody else fall to this cruel disease. Please consider using protective equipment when using chemicals. It may save your life.
@StiltbeastStudios10 ай бұрын
We do use it a lot, luckily we are in a well ventilated shop and we dont use it everyday. As I get older Im getting more and more aware of exposure to these chemicals and its always worth considering the safety aspect of wirking with them. thanks again for putting my focus on safety.
