I have ADHD and have some of the same stims! For example: helicopter hand flaps, shaking my prescriptions, biting things, and excessively saying yippie or meowing (the meowing is because I grew up with cats and it’s a fun noise)

Omg this is greattt…also, like, I wish I had someone like sero cause I stim too but I’ve learned to control my stimming when I’m in public and when I’m in private I barely do it too cause of weird reasons (example cause my mom used to have a camera on my room so I was always feeling like I was being watched and now that she’s taken it away I still feel the same way I did before) but ding it really helps me either ease my anxiety or just help me let out the happiness I feel sometimes (like when I’m watching a video I really like I feel the need to flap my hands) so thanks kqts I really love your videos and they help me feel like I’m not alone in all this

I have (LIKELY) undiagnosed adhd or add (I’m not diagnosing myself this comes from my family saying that I very much have it) and watching this video I do a lot of these things! Mainly the oral visual and verbal ones (I do the verbal daily and I mean that as in not 1-2 times a day I do it ALL the time…. Hope it doesn’t annoy anyone tho 😭) I’m getting tested for adhd/add in January so gl to me!!! (Note I do all of these things plus a few more and I’m not sure if it’s stimming or me just being weird 😅)
