Stimulated Raman Scattering: Part 1-Building an Intuition

Here I try to boil down the complex meaning of "stimulated Raman scattering" into one simple analogy, namely, it is just like stimulated emission (lasing) vs fluorescence. Spontaneous Raman signals are very weak, but Stimulated Raman signals are ~1 million times stronger.
