What struck me was that Gary seemed to be really giving them some real constructive advice. A couple of weeks before, Mariah bloody Carey had been on - she didn't have a clue what was going on! She may as well have not bothered turning up! Gary's a legend though - top bloke! Same goes for Mark, and Howard, and Jay as well!

@emiel4sma Yeah, I think that's really personal experience they all learned, I mean, they were young men back then and things went wrong when they didn't notice things happening under their noses, but they're older now, more mature, more experienced, and they can teach that lesson to the younger generations. I'm glad that Gary gives such great advice!

I wish i could get mark and gary over here in oz to teach me how to sing i have a good voice but i am so self critical of it that i don't do anything with it. Mark is so cute with that hat on wow. And gary he is getting sexier by the year wow. Just heard that Jason has left the band :/ so sad!!. I was a HUGE FAN OF TAKE THAT when i was young about 13 i had a big crush on mark and jason at the time. These days i am still not able to meet the guys because i live in western sydney i don't think i will ever meet them . Please help!

Gary Barlow and Mark Owen are amazing -- love them. It was Ruth and Alex who were the only ones to give them the due respect. That might be because I don't like any of the others. Eoighan and JLS were a bit stupid with their song choices if you ask me. Some songs should never be covered.
