Nope, the song was released by The Police in 1981 (with an even earlier version by Grace Jones) and the Stallone movie is from 1993. It did feature this song though :)

@@Foodgeek Honestly i'm glad The Police decided to record their own version of Demolition Man. They originally gave it to Grace because they thought she could do a better job of singing it then they realized we could do it better when her version came out.

@@MellowWind I tried getting tickets for the stone's tour a few years back and the fucking ticket prices in the uk were like 300 pounds i gave the fuck up right then and there looking for any tickets for their USA leg of the tour. I love bands but there's a limit. I've seen fucking Primus Weird Al, Brian Setzer, Meat Loaf cheaper and Aerosmith for cheaper.
