"If I ever lose my faith in you" marked a bright moment of hope, love and joy at this concert on this dark day. A stark contrast to Fragile, the first song that day, which still makes me shiver.

This was recorded on the evening of the US 9-11 tragedy. During the song performed before this, you get a tiny glimpse at the very beginning of this piece, Sting breaks down and can't perform. On of his band mates is watching him carefully and quickly steps up to fill in the song. Sting steps back, turns around for about a minute, then steps forward to finish the piece. I believe that Sting was crying while he had stepped away from the audience. The band got together pre show, after the new broke and voted unanimously to preform this evening and do dedications on this most horrible of evenings.
