I've been trying to think of s way to use the stinger Shield with a URAD build. Unfortunately all the artifacts I can think of that sync well with the melee and splash damage from the shield are always the suffix. Is there any artifacts prefix that could pair with deathless and possibly work

So question, just confused on something. Your weapons anoints, do all equipped anoints take effect or only one being held in hand? Asking cause I thought it's only one currently in hand, if this is not the case all weapons equiped should have different anoint not to overlap? Please explain.

@@TheLegendBrolySS Only the one being held. So you need to have the weapon out before activating annoint, and keep it throughout. You cannot switch weapons. There are exceptions to this though, SNTNL cryo. Other exceptions include 300/90 annointment, 150% URAD, & I believe gamma annoint (not too sure about that one)

You should try this out using the same annointment, but on the Messy Breakup shield. It creates infinite temporary drones that shoot lasers in the flavor of whatever elements the shield is, too. The revengenader shield (that yes, can be annointed) can also proc similar effects for infinite free grenades, though it has a cooldown. The Messy Breakup drones have no cooldown, just like this. The MessyBreakup shield also has a dedicated drop from Rax (spawns with Borman Nates) at the Outskirts, and has a 100% drop rate right now during the event. Hope you enjoy

This shield seems really fun with a purple tree melee FL4K, as you can fade away and instantly reset your shields to get the roid damage proc’d AND trigger the shield break effect on the annoint. Not to mention you can slap one of these on a Skag pet to have a little nova bomber running around alongside you!

Today I learned that guns will have "hidden" buffs. Take that Gargoyle for example. It clearly didn't show that it has +melee dmg. But when you inspect it, it does. Extremely poor UI or gaming design I would say.

Thanks for the breakdown. Why isn't Eternal Fist more common? I rarely see it overall but it procs the Stinger each grab, so x5 mobbing if you get used to the spacing (radius/aoe is a must). And your analysis of the links with Ties shows that. I'm not an Amara main but it seems she can create her own Ties build, without using TTB, and its actually stronger?

I think its patched now, highest damage I can consistently get is roughly 24m with like, no survivability at all. And thats not enough to one shot a lot in the game on m11

Got the Impaler shield today farming Warden on M10. It has the same nova property on shield break and the same anoint of on action skill start activate any effects that trigger on action skill end. Only difference seems to be the stinger increases melee dmg and the impaler fires spikes when broken. Perhaps this might be an alternative shield to the Stinger? Have not tried to see if it can work like the Stinger, but looks promising. Some say this shield is a world drop?

I tested a shock stone white elephant with a 300% redundant face puncher + corrosive bonus on ase grenade with Zane and it is still ridiculously strong and Zane is not even meta for this interaction. I use the drone for ase spam. The nova explodes pretty much anything or I can just oneshot people. This build diversity thing is working for sure

I'm still scratching my head here. So, in an ideal world, if we got a shock stinger on Amara specifically, this would be pumping out the most damage, as she gets all the shock bonuses? But I assume the basic rules apply, use fire for flesh (Troy, Tyreen, Graveward etc) Shock for big shields, geneVIV, Katagawa Ball (if you can even hit it) Corrosive for armoured enemies (can't think of any, any ideas?, we got GT and arablasts, and Moxxi dlc I guess) Moze with a fire shield, I assume would also pump out stupid damage from all her fire skills. Cryo stinger with Zane perhaps? Or does the element really not matter, as the dragon will mess them up still anyway applying that fire dot damage?

Shields dont scale with Mayhem so dont need to farm this on M10 to get anything better. M10 just drops the most legendaries overall so you may have a little bit higher chance to get it to drop. But M1 to M10 stats will be identical.

if you are going for 300 over 90, why would you need a 200 splash anoint, you can't stack them due to effects dropping when switching items.

Personal preference, 200 splash is more consistent against enemies that might somehow drop below 90% hp. Thats why he's saying to get both.

wendigo has very little health less then half of grave ward and less than ruiner its just he has alot of resitences, hes weak to cryo so try that on him: i got my information by datamining so yeah

The problem with using him as a benchmarck is that he's immune to his biggest weakness. So it's not really fair. You can kill him with a cryo shield and white elephant. You'll probably need good rolls as well that increase melee and splash damage.

Would not investing in anima be a damage loss of any significance on Amara, much as its a great skill the dot damage kills me as often as it does the mobs with the need to be so close to enemies

Static charge gives 100% extra damage vs 77% on planetoid. Elemental stone static charge is just ridiculous.

Yeah at least let us know what scale with "action skill damage". Not funny to test if short fuse, skag den and so many skills are or are not affected by action skill damage. Also about the texts, "some bear skills" still boost Moze damage...... Fortunately it possible to find now everything.....but if we had to test all of that ourselves....it would be a pain.

Big problem here! You should have ONLY released this RIGHT AFTER the next patch. Especially so, when Glitch Queen is going to copy your vid ASAP. Gearbox is now in an excellent position to nerf this in their very next patch, which will be very soon. (Man, I hope I'm wrong!) Gearbox have a consistent record of tripping over themselves to fix in-game crit dmg glitches rather than fixing even easier programming bugs. Case and point; Basic PC key assignment bugs. (I'm not talking about engine bugs such as improve FPS, which is beyond their scope)!

Use the other, if you have the build for the gamma burst, run into a crowd look up and spam. Gamma burst will be used but cant spawn so it ayto resets so you can spam it like 20 times a second 😉

Lately people have been finding ways to beat bosses without doing anything (digi-clone, iron bear and now this one)....and it's a cool find but such a boring way to play the game. It takes the "shooter" out of the whole, "looter-shooter" aspect of the game. I'm not gonna hit dislike or anything like that....lol. @Mayan Ruins It's only been recent that I've run into a problem with drops. Not so much that the drops are garbage, but just the wrong anoints or my Moze builds. For example, ASA anoints don't do any favors for Moze mains. And that's part of the game. The Cartel event was very, very good to me on drops though (and latest DLC hasn't been bad), so I'm not complaining that it's a bit more work now.
