Wow, you sacked that pretty good scout for a horrible one. Just the wrong decision there. That 20 adaptability guy could have had great knowledge of any continent you sent him to in a year and he had decent scouting stats so he'd give you good reports. The other one is trash.

Attributes on scouts mean very little from my experience. My weak scouts at the Vanarama NL would pretty much always get player potential and ability right (I verified this using the Editor at various points to see CA/PA). I wouldn’t be surprised if the scouts current network makes them far more useful for the 2-3 seasons that another scout is still working up area knowledge.

@123joshpearce my experience too. But I could and probably am wrong. But this is the way I appointed my scouts in the Salguerios save and it did OK. More than one way to do things 👍🤘

@@StingerNeilD Scouts in general can suck. I'd had players with 20 more PA than my starter get a D on a scout report numerous times, but adaptability is what matters for setting up long-standing networks that can find a lot of players. I always sort staff by it when I'm looking for scouts and sort them out by continent. In a year or two, I'd have a bunch of scouts who knew everything about the region they were assigned to.
