We all know Stipe is the real number one contender. I'm glad Stipe has taken the time off he needed after his last loss. I think he presents some problems for Jones. He hits hard, has pretty good grappling and he's a cardio machine. He's a complete fighter. Gane has to reinvent himself on the grappling game if he wants to stay in the title picture for long. Jones put the entire heavyweight division on notice. Knockout power ain't enough to be champion in the same division as Jon Jones. period.

@frenchies frenchies You are probably right, I know this, you know this and guess who else knows this, JJ. He's a puss for calling out Stipe at 41 years of age. JJ could have easily made the move up when Stipe was in his prime instead of constantly teasing it. I think Jones knew Stipe was too much man and waited for him to leave his prime and have a few wars. It's pretty cringe how Jon is calling Stipe out, I feel like everyone understands he's old now so it just sounds weird. Doesn't mean Stipe doesn't still have the best chance against Jones. Jones looked bad in the stand up like how Andrew Tate looks when he strikes, not good. Maybe it's the different center of gravity along with Jones not being in his prime.

People who don't speak English natively will definitely have trouble understanding what this man says, because he combines multiple words into one like when he says "wenahwash" if you speak english you immediately understand from the general sound he's saying "When I watch". People not as used to hearing and speaking English usually go word by word and will think that "wenahwash" is an actual word not just him speaking fast.
@bradhurst6834
@bradhurst6834 Жыл бұрын
@@let0atreides Exactly, it's not that he doesn't speak English, it's that he doesn't speak English properly nor clearly. Simply just slowing down even a little and enunciating his words more would make him 10x more understandable to everyone. It's fine to speak lazily in day to day life in your own country because the majority of people are native and can understand you easily despite your terrible pronunciation etc but for the global audience it just doesn't work, but for stipe it doesn't matter because he's never going to leave USA so he doesn't have to change so never will lol

Man I quickly scrolled through the comments to find exactly this. I love Stipe as a fighter but he’s so annoying with interviews and self promotion and anything that could add to the excitement of a fight. I’m not saying you have to be as articulate as Michael chandler or be arrogant like others. I love when fighters be themselves, But show a little more emotion. Comes off and being so uninterested in the sport. Some people will say he’s laser focused, etc but when he don’t show any form of charisma about the fight, it sorta takes away from the excitement.
