sir for TIFR its 21k for first year...31k for second and then 35 k for next 4 years...after 6 years if needed the stipend reduces to 16.5 k

In BARC notification it is mentioned that MSc by research candidates are not eligible. If i quit integrated MSc after three what MS degree I will get? Is it Normal MSc or MSc by research? Please clarify the doubt.
