Nice area The Stipperstones just of the Powys/Shropshire border a 5 miles from Montgomery and 12 miles from Shrewsbury. I like the the borderlands, hope you enjoyed it and a nice tribute to your Nan, take care

Yes, this region with the low hills and plains all mingling into each other is quite a nice area for walking, lots of hills and views but nothing absolutely ridiculously punishing!
