I too would love to see you continue on to the other parts of the quilt to show how you join the stippling without it looking spaced.

A great tutorial Lori. So clear to me now. I could not remember every step from a class I took when I bought my Dream machine recently. I have spent hours watching different tutorials on the stippling after finishing a quilt and was so frustrated. Thank you so much!!

Thank you!!!! This video has so much useful information. I wish I had watched this BEFORE I did my wallhanging project. My sewing shop did not teach these features, so I hand drew areas and scanned my drawing and filled them, and then I had the problem of lining up the fabric to match my scans. I spent HOURS doing that. I had good results, but this tutorial is so amazing that I actually went back and made another wallhanging so I could try this feature!

Thank you so much for this video! I just got a new to me Destiny II. My goals are to use it with quilting in just this way. I have Embrilliance software and do alot of digitizing for my personal projects. I was quite dissappointed to find out I could not use my E2E design to store in the Destiny to use for fills. After seeing this video I am now seeing the draw line features and am thinking I could possibly draw my own fills using stitches? Now I'm getting excited again. I would love to see a video on something like I have described if it is possible.

Thank you for your reply,, hey,, if you have time ...one more question?? Been playing all day. To do a stipple around a figure. Any way it doesn’t seem as though my lines are closing automatically?. Any suggestions. Wow,,so happy I found you. Your KZbin’s are really the BEST out there. Only had machine a month. It was brand new. Dream 2 machine.
@lorihernandez97624 жыл бұрын
Make sure your using the Point to Point Tool. In your line property area you can choose from a open pencil, closed pencil, straight line and the last is your point to point. It looks like a lightening bolt. When you get your last point very close to your first point then it will close.

Excellent video. I noticed that when you scanned the quilt it didn't ask for the positioning marker sticker. I have seen this on other videos as well. My Destiny always ask me to place the sticker to determine thickness of fabric. How did you get rid of placing the sticker that looks like a snowman. thanks
@lorihernandez97626 жыл бұрын
Physalia Cassiopeia that’s because if you go into your settings page on page 9 you need to turn OFF the fabric thickness sensor options. Once you do this it will not ask you to use the positioning sticker!!! :)
@lorihernandez97625 жыл бұрын
Go into your Settings Page on your machine and find the page that is your Background Sensor display and turn off your Fabric Thinkness Sensor :)

On my destiny2 I have to put the snowman on the fabric...why don’t you need it?
@lorihernandez97624 жыл бұрын
Joanne, Go into your settings page, find the page that has the BACKGROUND IMAGE DISPLAY option. Turn OFF the FABRIC THICKNESS SENSOR...... My guess is you have that function turned on. I hope this helps. It is not necessary to have the FABRIC THICKNESS SENSOR turned on. Thanks for your comment, I hope this works for you! :)
