1 chilli, sliced
1 tablespoon date sugar
1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper

One of my favorite things about many Chinese resto stir fries is the celery--usually Western celery--because I'm one of those people who adore cooked celery. I think it gives a special savory flavor to many recipes that wouldn't taste as well-rounded without it. So this recipe is right up my street; thanks for posting!

I agree! I'm not sure if you would be into this one but they will cook their lettuce too and add a little oyster sauce which you could use a vegan version of or just some soy sauce with a bit of sweetener.
