I really enjoy your videos I have a question- when you open a container such as soy sauce, Hoisin, oyster sauce, rice vinegar etc , do you refrigerate after that or leave on shelf? Thank you Hank

Thank you for the tips. I see you use a flat bottom wok. What is the difference between that and the round one?

The main difference is pretty much just cooking surface. Restaurants use a proper wok stand with gas. However a gas stove at home has a flat surface so therefore the flat bottom
