Stitch length adjustment Cowboy 7132 (Singer 132K6 clone)

Hi, this was a good video, I have always wondered how to change the stitch length, thanks so much! I have the Singer Industry machine 132 K7 and have not been successful in finding the manual. I have a question that you may be able to answer...Can this machine sew in reverse, and if so how and if you might be able to describe that easily here in this message...thanks so much!
