Congratulations on your Floss Tuber start. You did a great job. I am like you in I am a quilter. When the pandemic hit I lost the group meetings with my Quilty friends. That is when I discovered cross stitch you Tubers and have been hooked ever since. My husband said that they fill in the gap that Covid left me in. Continue with your floss tube and I am sure that people will become watchers.

Welcome from a fellow MA cross stitcher and quilter. What nice work and simple finishes...I love country primitive decor plus an eclectic mix of traditional and fav pieces ....this is my calm and comfort at the end of busy days. I am still looking for a stitchy group in central MA but have found some fellow quilters..it will be nice to sew with them once or twice a month. I will look forward to your future videos, great job on #1....thank you for sharing.

I, too, live in Massachusetts. World of Stitches is very nice. A bit of a ride, but she has lots of great things and beautiful linens. Not sure if you have heard of Stitcher’s Hideaway, but she hosts stitching retreat here in MA as well as in CT. The Winter Retreat is great and have been several times. Great community of stitchers. It is held at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA every February during school vacation. Beautiful stitching and I will be sure to subscribe. I live in Millbury, MA.

Fantastic first flosstube. Please keep sharing. I so glad I found you because I can relate to your situation. I live in NH now and do not have a local LNS. Thanks to Covid so many shops closed. I really enjoyed seeing your WIPS. Love the Blue Tree. That is my kind of stitching. Your piece just needs some cording around it to really make the colors pop. A small bow would really accent it also. Anyway just keep sharing I hope. Always interested to see what others do with their finished. I am not an over the top finisher..

Hello! I really liked your new flosstube a lot! I am also not a fan of the very busy finishes on flosstube. It's okay though, because once I finish stitching the project I can do what I want with it, they are only suggestions, after all.🙂 The simpler finishes go more with my style. The finishes you showed are great. Thanks for your bravery to go on camera, I, also, have no friends who stitch. Though, three of my children are all crafters of some type. Thanks, again, for taking the time to do the flosstube.

Hi Janet, welcome to Flosstube. Yay, another primitive lover! I really like your pumpkin stitch mounted on the board. I love simple finishes too and recently started adding just a bit to my pieces.
