No, Kara broke up with Mon-El when she finds out he's the Prince of Daxam but then they come back together and just in the final of season 2 she sent him away to protect him...but they still loved each other

They got back together in 2x17 of supergirl and the end of 2x17 of flash then she sent him away in 2x23 so that he’d live then found each other again in 3x07 then he left cause the future needed him in 3x23 so technically they didn’t break up but Mon-El left to protect the future and Kara agreed. But I hope that Kara goes to the future with Mon-El at the end of season 6.
