Thanks! :) I don't, but here's what I would do. I would leave the tails on the cord and not weave them in yet. Then I'd fold the end of the cord over the d ring and back on top of itself (like make a loop), so that it overlaps at least 1-2 inches. Then I'd use the tail to sew that down securely. If you don't like the way it looks at the end, you can cover up the join with a metal crimp.

Great question! :) You're left with 1 loop on the hook after every stitch, so just fasten off the way you would for any other crochet project. Cut the yarn (leaving a tail to weave in), and pull up on the loop to make it bigger until the tail comes all the way through. Then weave in the ends.
