Thanks for the reminder to save that gold and silver cardstock that won't show under the embossing folders! And I like the idea of the foam under the Joy piece. Pretty cards! I can't wait to start stitching...just got my order which included both of these dies!

I got the Hello stitches die and I LOVED how it turned out. I am so excited they have these stitching Christmas dies!! I’m getting both of the dies you made your cards with! Just before I moved six months ago, I had boxes of DMC floss and cross stitch books and fabric but gave them away since I had not touched them in years!! Ha!! Now I’ll start to collect a few again!!

Thank you Laurie. I, too, had a bunch of embroidery floss from when I did cross stitching years ago. It sat unused for so long and I eventually got rid of it. I had to buy more when Spellbinders started making these dies. Love these stitching dies!

Lisa, I noticed you separating the threads. I saw something recently that said to hold the threads and pull only one thread out of the set of 6. Each time you pull a single thread. I found this so much easier than trying to pull apart all six threads at the same time.
