The video was interesting but could you not find one African American family to make a positive comment. I have friends in Wilmington and my interest might have been heightened if I saw one family! Hopefully, there are other reasons for such an obvious oversight.

In 2010 97% of the residents were white and 1 percent African American. Hispanic 0.9% Asian 0.5

There are Black Families in St James.. I see them all the time, golfing of enjoying the pools or gyms..
