Lasse Lammert… I still remember his awesome riffs from the early videos (9/10 years ago)… now with this plugin he’s going further in high gain sound! Good work man!

Yep, that Lasse guy is a legit bad ass. Dude can throw them hands and kick a bank vault door down. He's also got great ears.(hearing). Great to see he's become successful.

So stoked to have a JCM800 with a hot mod in plugin format. Softtube JCM 800 emulation has been my all time favourite.

Since metal this day usually use lower tuning than E standand, I suspect many amp sim is tuned to that. Using guitar with E standard tuning usually needs careful adjustment to amp sim setting as well as IR. In my experience, a 'wrong' setting will easily makes guitar sound fizzy or muffled. With your demo, I can immediately imagine how an amp sim will sound like. Keep doing amp sim demo Kyle.

Onomatopoeia was the word you were looking for when referring "Kerrang". 😎🤘 Great review, man! Cool sounds.

Great to see you’re still diving deeper into the digital realm, Kyle 🙂 Lasse is the man, that's for sure 😉 We recorded an album at his LSD studio back in 2009...good times! The only thing I’m missing with STL plugins is MIDI compatibility 😔

It definitely ease up my workflow a thousand fold, and don’t have to keep and maintain a physical amp!

I got this plugin about a month ago and I have found myself having a hard time going back to anything else. That Purple Nightmare is absolutely brutal and I'm really enjoying that.

It's my favorite plugin, too! I just bought a house so it's the closest I'll come to having a Driftwood amp for a loooooooooong time.

Is it just me or does this plugin sound brighter than others sims? I'm not complaining. It's easier to cut frequencies than add

I’ve been using STL tones tonehub for the past month for silent recording for my band stuff (when I don’t have time to go to the practice spot and mic my real amps) and it sounds great with some tweaking
