Well, it was established by Economy Elevator in South Bend until it was bought by Cavinder in 1968 by Tom A. Cavinder. The name change happened because Notre Dame wanted to get into business with them. Oh and, they were seen in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky!

For a slap-on mod these elevators don’t look that bad. Too bad these elevators aren’t original. Otherwise, they’re quite nice. I like the sound of the motor.
