There’s nothing like the rich, warm sound of that analog equipment.

A heavy dose of Baumann, Ricochet and the tempo of Encore in one package. Truly excellent. I would really like this guy to try to combine the interludes that make TD so special. Remember TD compositions were not all sequencing from start to finish, they had mid sections which introduced different tempos and structures.

Excellent vibe inspired, no doubt, by the school of Franke/Froese/Baumann. Man! I miss those groovy analogue modular days.

A beautifull Berlin style music piece. I like to see the video of the performance : the tweaking of the modular with one hand while playing the Moog (maybe a Mini Moog but I'm not sure) with the other is really cool. I really like the flute sound of the E-Mu Keys. I wonder with what synth it was made back in the days, or what synth E-Mu sampled for this particular sound. I like the flute sound one can make with a ARP Odyssey, but they are very different from this "Tangerine dream" style flute. I must say I alo like quite à lot the choir Ah Ah of the E-Mu Keys.
@Stnibar Жыл бұрын
It's a Minimoog alright. The flute and choir was originally made with the Mellotron and the EMU uses samples of the Mellotron.

@@Stnibar I never realised that a Mellotron was used. Thank you for the reply !
