How much horsepower a stock Hellcat makes. Taking the 2018 Hellcat Challenger Widebody to Fullblown Performance to see how much horsepower it makes when stock. This way, when I do performance mods such as pulley, headers, and E85, I know how much power I gain.

So by looking at the dyno chart we probably have another 20-30hp with just a tune to lean it out some in the middle and up top. No doubt they made it run rich there to keep it safe in all weather conditions.

It's crazy that the S65 AMG pulls so much more torque vs horsepower than the hellcat? I have the 2007 S65 and get it on the HWY where it belongs, I seen many vehicles racing to keep up: lol (Latest), a diesel truck in my review mirror w all black smoke in the air was trying and he was in the dust soon later! Good Times!

@@alexjmtester It was literally going down before it even hit 7,000rpms. When it starts sloping down. There’s literally no reason to spin it higher. A boost cam that’s properly spec’d is where you can spin it higher but you will also need a valve train that can support it to spin it that high.

@@jackstandsjayYou gotta watch the video again. His curve, the blue curve, cut off at 6200rpm which is the stock redline of Hellcat. The red curve was a modded Hellcat, which I agree had fallen off by 6800(?). The blue curve at 6200rpm was still on the up, which is well known about the stock Hellcat platform

Those are good number ps stock. I’ve seen them in the mid 630s to 645ish.

It was definitely higher than I expected. Especially for SAE numbers. But what matters is how it does on the track. And unfortunately, I am a terrible drag racer

Turbo or pro charged? I have a 2008 ls3 I’m fixing but I was hoping 500 na just cams springs headers and tune would do it but the big boys need 600wheel+ is some expensive territory

lol what? You realize that all HP/TQ numbers provided by any manufacturer is measured at the flywheel, right? Numbers measured at the wheels will always be lower. Dude in the video explains this at 5:20 if you watched it all 😂

Most American cars like to over rate their own power numbers. Germans on the other hand tend to understate their power numbers. Kinda funny how a 600 horsepower in Germany is very different from 600 horsepower in America

707 is on the best pump gas, in the best conditions, lab tested probably hundreds of times to get that number.

You’re confusing crank horsepower and wheel hp. The advertised 707 doesn’t include parasitic drivetrain loss.
