Just to clear your answer..Stock ra private company/startup ma fundamentally investment garnu ma difference xaina. Both way you are owning certain stake of company. Only difference is liquidity. PUBLIC COMPANY ma vako hajurko ownership jati bela ni mazza le liquidate garna milyo public ma chae milena. In the end the goal is to make company public/ M&A as well earn alot of profit both way. Video ma clear answer aako xaina.
