Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.

From what I understand, it only means that they're acknowledging that their monetary policy is on the verge of weakening the economy with too high of rates.

Super tough week in the markets, i’m a big chunk off all time highs from about 3 weeks ago which just shows how quickly things can change in the stock market. Nonetheless a great opportunity to buy in whilst market prices are lower!
