Pl note that all big companies with low promotor holdings are doing financial engineering to cook their account books. Big auditor firms are hand in glove with the crony capitalist management. The companies actually are in loss but showing profit. Particularly Study the construction companies and see how they are manipulating their revenues and profits by using percent completion method of revenue recognition since 2009. Cap is being shifted from one project to the next project. Project wise profit and loss calculations will reveal the cooking of account books. Money is taken from SIP contributors for buying high priced shares from FIIs FIIs are making profit at the cost of poor SIP investors with the active support of DII who are following the orders from their political masters. SIP investors are being looted in this manner.

Corruption in India has reduced significantly how many of us pay for Gas cylinder connection ,landline connections or even to get bsnl work again, I remember paying lineman 100 Rs every visit in 2000 and 100 Rs was expensive . Today you can challenge a RTO , TT , Police constable with your 5000 Rs camera phone recording him .
