sir budh combust k negative rules hai lekin kitne din k liye combust hai wo depend karta hai. same way i have seen nakshatra also plays role. outer planets k naksh mai negative hota hai and inner mai nahi. also retrograde is usually panic creating for sure. but when bigger planets play role in between mercury being fast moving planet the impact fades away.
