ICT tells us to avoid trading lunch, but fantastic moves this week in them, as they really followed the higher time frame order flow. Sometimes I wonder when he says this sort of stuff, he is trying to cater to the newbies, by keeping them from hurting themselves.

Great video. I love seeing other female traders. Thanks for sharing. I would like to see a video on your trading metrics, specifically drawdown. I'm curious to know your longest period of drawdown in the last 12 months. I'm trading through drawdown at the moment and find myself searching for "light" from the insights of other traders. I have been doing well sticking to my plan and not deviating, but even though I am confident in my strategy my insides are starting to twist and turn. Lol.

What platform do you use to mark all these charts and stuff. Robinhood/charles shwab that I use doesn't have any of this lol. Where can I learn how to place those green/red zones. I'm a bit new to all this, so far only doing covered calls, but want to learn how to read charts and all that jazz more in depth
