I like to create lines on my bounding box in case I need to select the geometry for containment. On that note, I love using levels for everything.

I saw people vertfy stimulator with exactly model but when tool move cutting around model it shows tool touch to the meat on model how could they do that? Not stock setup which is like your but this is a real part and over size little bit. Way they did I saw that they merge 2 part together by translate into same origin. How they did that and how it called on mastercam? Thanks a lot teacher.
