আসসালামু আলাইকুম ভাই, আলহামদুলিল্লাহ খুব ভালো লাগলো কিন্তু আমি কিছু জিনিস বুঝতে পারলাম না যেমন ফান্ড গুলার পোর্টফলিও তে কস্ট ভ্যালু আর মার্কেট ভ্যালুর সাথে তো কোন মিল পাচ্ছি না আর মার্কেট ভ্যালু বর্তমানে যা আছে সেটা থেকে অনেক কম দেখাচ্ছে। যদি ব্যাপারটা একটু বুঝিয়ে বলতেন তাহলে ভালো হতো।

ভাইয়া আপনার চ্যানেলের শুরুর দিকে আপনি একটা পাবলিক কাল্পনিক পোর্টফোলিও বানিয়েছিলেন যেখানে কখন কোন শেয়ার কিনছেন বা বিক্রি করছেন সেটা দেখা যেত। ওই এপিসোড গুলো তখন আমার ইন্টারেস্টিং লাগত এবং এনজয় করতাম কারণ অনেকের ধারণা ছিলো এই বাজারে ফান্ডামেন্টাল শেয়ারের কোনো ভাত নাই। কিন্তু হঠাৎ কেন সেটা বন্ধ করে দিলেন জানিনা তবে মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড যে রুলসে চলে, মানে একক শেয়ারে ১০% এবং একক সেক্টরে ২০% এর বেশি বিনিয়োগ নয় এভাবে যদি এখন নতুন করে একটা ১০০ কোটি টাকার একটা কাল্পনিক পোর্টফোলিও তৈরি করেন তাহলে খুব এনজয় করতাম। সোজা কথায় আপনি একজন ফান্ড ম্যানেজার হলে কিভাবে একটা ১০০ কোটি টাকার ৫/১০ বছর মেয়াদি ফান্ড ম্যানেজ করবেন সেটা দেখতে পারলে ভালো লাগত। এই ফান্ডের ডিভিডেন্ড পলিসি থাকবে না। সকল লভ্যাংশ এবং ক্যাপিটাল গেইন পুনরায় রিইনভেস্ট হবে। আমি আশাবাদী এই ফান্ডটা ইউটিউবে থেকে যাবে এবং একসময় ইতিহাসের সাক্ষী হয়ে থাকবে যে প্রপারলি ফান্ড ম্যানেজ করলে গ্লোবাল ইরোশনের মধ্যেও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বিনিয়োগকারী না হয়েও ভালো প্রফিট করা সম্ভব। ধন্যবাদ। 😊
