Just sharing. I did great yesterday because I exited the market early in the trading day. For some stupid reason I wanted out and I was tempted to go all in on SQQQ, I didn’t buy the S, but I could see UVXY was flat, I bought a lot thinking I would sell it at break even or a profit if things went stupid. Well, things went stupid just after I sold the UvXY position to end my day early, I should have waited. Today, I got back in and took a beating. I need patience more than anything.

Don’t catch a falling knife like 2022 correction, this thing could tank like the world trade lol, I will set a buy limit for stocks I like, if it doesn’t fall to my price target I don’t lose money.

Then why not sell puts on those stocks with strike prices equal to whatever your limit price is instead? Collect some premiums in the meantime, and if it falls below your strike, you get assigned the shares at a price that your were going to buy at anyways. If it doesn’t, you still pocket the premiums. When volatility is high, premiums are extra juicy!
