I don't dry with salt since it is winter. 🤣🤣😂. Salt is used sothat bacteria doesn't get in. Can bacteria survive in winter? Nope.

We dry Stockfish in winter. I was very clear about that. If you are still in winter, dry. U don't need to be removing it outside. You only remove when dry. I didn't mention summer in my video.
@macbaweskitchencomedy.81443 жыл бұрын
If you read comments from others, you will see that everyone fully understands it is dried in winter, when places are cold.
@elizabethtaiwomonday98683 жыл бұрын
Okay,we are already in summer here and I already started lol,I was excited about learning new thing, I will just leave it in the basement as is still cold a little bit there,thank you for replying and I'm a new subscriber!

What if the fish/meat freezes, instead of drying, due to extreme cold weather?
@macbaweskitchencomedy.81442 жыл бұрын
It will never freeze. It can only freeze if you leave it in snow. Follow my steps and enjoy the outcome.

Why would you have your relatives biy stockfish (made in Norway) and then ship it to you elsewhere (from Africa)? Just buy it from Norway, lol.
