GREAT idea about the box of individual ornaments!! You don't need fancy writing, they will recognize your handwriting, and know those ornaments came from a place of love! I always leave my stocking shopping for last....its my favorite and least stressful part! Merry Christmas to you all!

****Little Tip...I absolutely love watching you do this stuff as well as packing. But here is a little tip. I am a teacher and I have to sort out for a bunch of kiddos so I go to the Dollar store, and I would do extra do say 20 little baskets and when you do stuff you can sort items into each basket then fill what your doing. Same with packing and I even notice for laundry. Maybe those flat laundry baskets and have each child have one of their own so when you pack you can fill each clothes basket with items then add into suitcases and when you do laundry sort into each basket for each child as you fold. Just little tips from a teacher that had a bunch of kiddos to help organize a little more:)❤

what would be easier to do stockings is if you lay one of everything with each stocking in a pile and then you know that everyone received what they were supposed to and then that pile goes in that stocking. No keeping up with what you've already grabbed, haven't grabbed or never did grab.

I raised mine to give as well as receive....we have volunteered for thanksgiving and christmas day every since they were old enough to understand. they appreciate the small things such as hot meals, warm beds and parents that are there for them! we all have our own idea of what christmas is about, I can't knock it!

My kids love to relax with their devices just like we ALL do. Just bc she’s getting HER kids tablets doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world on them ever needing toys that they PLAY with . Idk what kinda kids you been seing that just lay on their devices all day but I’m sure her kids just like mine will PLAY PLAY PLAY before ever needing the tablet .

Yeah big box of junk imo… doubt half those items will be used. She said she buys a back scratcher and flashlight ever year… why? Shouldn’t they have it still from last year?
