Initially I invested huge on blue chip stocks like TCS, Infosys, RIL, ITC, Wipro, HCL Tech, Pidilite, HUL etc. These stocks are less volatile then after gaining a bit confidence go for Midcap like Dixon, Polycab etc then small cap. I spent 3 years only in learning since I was studying. After getting job during COVID I started actively investing. My most profitable stocks are Apar Industries(Invest-6700, MV-2 lac+); Dixon Technology( Invest-1.64 lac; MV-7 lac+); Polycab-(Invest-1.69 lac; MV-3.5 lac+); HSCL-Invest-10k; MV-1.4 lac); Gen. Ins. Corp-( Invest-27k; MV-85k+) etc. Follow SMKC sir's advice. I rarely sell any stocks. Please don't follow my portfolio blindly. Your risk taking capability may be different then mine.

These stocks provided stability and made my portfolio less volatile. As I gained more confidence, I shifted towards mid-cap and small-cap stocks, which are more volatile but have delivered excellent returns. Some of the top performers in my portfolio are: Apar Industries: Invested ₹6,700, now worth ₹2 lac+ Dixon Technologies: Invested ₹1.64 lac, now worth ₹7 lac+ Polycab: Invested ₹1.69 lac, now worth ₹3.5 lac+ HSCL: Invested ₹10K, now worth ₹1.4 lac+ General Insurance: Invested ₹27K, now worth ₹80K+ Please note that these are just the major part of my portfolio. I have many other investments, including unlisted stocks and mutual funds. I rarely sell any stock-over the last five years, I’ve only sold two stocks, which I bought by mistake. I booked the loss and moved on. I follow the guidance of SMKC sir, focusing on choosing the right business with strong management and holding on for the long term. One of the hardest parts of investing is identifying stocks with potential that are currently underperforming. If you’re finding it difficult to understand the stock market, consider investing in mutual funds through SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans). Mutual funds are among the best investment options as they are less risky and require much less effort compared to direct stock picking. In the stock market, two things are key: experience and patience. Don’t blindly follow anyone’s portfolio, including mine, as your risk tolerance may differ. Keep learning, and good luck!
