Orient supporter here. Good commentary . Your defence seemed slow to react each time we took up dangerous positions. Stockport managed to look good when we were defending a two goal lead. It took us a while to adapt to League one. We are still inconsistent. It will probably be the same for yourselves this season at least.

Challinor needs a word with himself about how he got it wrong tactically. County simply couldn't handle the high press and making a double switch at half time is on the manager. He knows this and this is why he wasnt as angry at the players in the FT reaction. Good learning curve for him, and he will get it right starting Saturday.

What passed for County's defence there was laughable. There seemed to be endless gaps through which Orient walked unopposed. The attack did well enough & could've had more, but Orient were far & away the better side. Hopefully this is just a glitch, but County looked unprepared for an attacking side & Chally needs to address the defensive ineptitude.

Clever movement from orient and poor organization in the middle and back 4 meant players dragged out of position and orient exploded those gaps very well.

To be fair, the defending for all four of them was absolutely criminal. No one came out of that game with any credit other than Diamond, Fevs and Bate. The rest need a word with themselves.

Absolute car crash defending. Complacent, slow, lacking intensity. Connolly and Adaramola had stinkers. Midfield nonexistent. No intelligence to vary our play out from the back. We need to take this kick up the arse, learn from it, and move on. Fair play Orient, absolutely did a number on us.
