1) Nate won season five Ultimate Fighter, and was very helpful to his teammates 2) Nate has beaten Conor McGreger, Michael Johnson, Donald Cerrone, Takanori Gomi, Grey Maynard, Jim Miller, Marcus Davis, Josh Neer, Melvin Guillard, You might not know some of these guys, but they're not easy fights... 3) 8 first round finishes. 4) Tied with Joe Lauzon for most post fight bonuses in UFC history- 14 5) CESAR GRACIE black belt. 6) Nate held the record for Most strikes landed by a UFC fighter. 7) Fight of the Night.... 8 times. 8) Submission of the Night.... 5 times. 9) He has saved many UFC cards, by stepping up on short notice... like he did at 196, which also SAVED conors payday. 10) Nate was recognized and awarded by the state of Cali. for helping and teaching underprivileged kids. 11) He got to put the Stockton Slap across Dana Whites FAT HEAD...lol 12) The UFC created a belt and held an event because of something Nate said... 13) Nate's only been stopped 2 times.... and never KOed, even from one of the nastiest head kicks in MMA, One of 2 in that fight.... 14) First fighter to ask for and get a 5 round co main event in the UFC. 15) Nate the only fighter where both the UFC and USADA apologizes to. 16) Nate got the ban lifted on Cannibis. 1) Nick Diaz became the IFC WW champ in His 2nd professional fight in 2001 2) Nick became the WEC WW champ in 2003 3) Nick was signed to the UFC Where he beat Jeremy Jackson for the 2nd time after Jackson got a TKO over Nick in thier 1st fight early in nicks career (his ONLY time being stopped) 4) Nick STARCHED the heavily favored Robby Lawer in the 2nd round... 5) Nicks loss to a JUICED UP Diego Sanchez (YES!YES!YES!) was bullsh!t! NOBODY won that fight. Like Joe Rogan said, The judges didn't understand half of what happened in that very technical fight... What we do KNOW is Diego did NOT want to stand and bang with Nick.! Same thing can be said for GSP, He just wrestlefcuked Nick for Pussy points... Carlos"running man"Condit also fought for pussy points.. In Pride both these "fighters" would have been yellow carded and lost points for stalling or avoiding the fight.! Silva was Juiced and still didn't really win, In that fight Nick took his Begging guys to fight to the extreme.... 6) Maybe you don't realize the UFC NEVER wanted either Diaz Brother to represent the UFC as a champion... they are too raw and nonconforming...NOT good marketing material. If you know about the Diaz Bros. you KNOW they have lost some bullshit decisions... Their legit loses are due to not fighting a pussy point fight... They come to FIGHT and are willing to get hit to put on a GOOD fight. They take damage and bleed easily so it looks bad for them.... But if these fights went till someone was finished..... Both Diaz Brothers would be champs... 7) Nick beat the breaks off of Gomi to be Champ in Pride and was robbed of the title due to a positive MARIJUANA test..... Performance-enhancing drug???? WHAT A JOKE.!!!! 8) Nick cuts easily, which costs him the fight against Noons... and also INFLUENCES judges decisions.... 9) Nick is such a HARDCORE WARRIOR he had SURGERY to shave to bones in his face to help prevent cutting so easy.... 10) Nick became the Strikeforce champ in 2007 beating KJ Noons, and went on to be the first strike champ to defend 3 times beating SANTOS AND DALEY who everyone thought Nick could not beat standing, cause Daley was a vicious striker... but Nick stood and beat that ass!!! 11) Nick was undeniably fucked out of a UFC championship when he fought The running man (Condit) at UFC 143 EVERYONE KNOWS Nick became a UFC champ that night... 12) STUPID people THINK Nick is stupid because he is not well spoken but has so much to say and jumps from one topic to another instantly (Possible ADHD) But if YOU'RE smart enough to listen and keep up, the things he say make perfect sense.! 13) MothaFuckin' WAR DIAZ..!!!

Dude! In a world of stupid, misspelled, non-punctuated comments, yours was entirely refreshing. Regarding your Nick point #9, remember Vito Antuofermo? Same thing. These guys are true legends, been a fan from when I first saw Nick in Pride and Strikeforce. Martial. Artist. That's Nick Diaz. And Nate followed, and expanded, that path.

@@NoBody-wp2bf Thank You.! At first I thought Nate was Nick's "Punk Gangsta wanna be" little brother... But quickly learned he was also a good and respectable kid, through his real actions in the fight house. Not the thug style mental games he played. I've been a Diaz Bros. fan for 15+ years, And have taken a lot shit over it but they will always be my favorite fighters. (I like Max and BJ and a few others too)

Of all the fighters I’ve watched throughout the years, the Diaz brothers are the two that I honestly hope live wealthy and prosperous lives more-so then anyone else! They’ve been entertaining and always kept it real. Between triathlons and training they’ve given their lives to the sport and bled for the fans! These guys deserve everything they get and then some! So much respect for both of them ❣️💯

They are actually complete assholes in real life, I moved their belongings years ago working for a moving company and they were hands down the two biggest asses we have ever met. It was right at the beginning of their career taking off so maybe they have changed since then. Also in spite of all the money they had laying around in jars and drawers they felt no need to tip us, and that was just wonderful as we moved their jars of money and framed covers of magazines talking about the million dollar deal they had just gotten.

If I ever get caught in the back of a dark alley somewhere and I feel my life is in an imminent danger, there is no one I would want to be by my side than Nick or Nate Diaz or both of them. These guys have this never give up mentality and the willingness to fight to the death which just put extreme fear in the enemy hearts.

My favorite fighters by a long shot. Both of em. I spent my teenage years watching nick. He was the first to show us what mma was trying to become. He set the bar in my eyes. Only to ever be matched by his brother who credits him for everything. Awesome guys. Many late nights sucking up anything I could find on these guys. Win or lose they're as real as it gets.

Are you fucking serious? She comes across as someone that just wanted to be on tv. She made an observation that anyone who spent 15 minutes reading about the Diaz bros could make and you think she "truly understands who Nick is"....holy shit. A lady that "knew" him 30 years ago when he was like 7....for all of a year.

@@joenobody5913 I am fucking serious... You DO NOT truly understand... "holy shit"... People develop who they are very early in life and retain those characteristics throughout their lives for the most part... Yeah, she spent a year with Nick 8 hours a day with a kid that was a little different than most, which would obviously cause her to be a little more observant of his actions and character traits... It would appear that you lack the observation skills to recognize that this woman knew Nick quite well... And how upset you are about this unoffensive, simple and basic comment, tells me you just want something, ANYTHING to bitch and whine about... without caring about how petty and stupid it makes you look. Good Job..!

@@apocalypsedollofficial were listening and no he isn't well spoken. You're probably just surrounded by people with limited vocabulary. We all understand him, but hes not strong at effectively structuring his sentences to get his point across, he runs off a lot. But it's okay, a lot of people aren't well spoken. That doesn't really mean much, especially when his profession is fighting, not an English teacher. The fact is he's not well spoken, who cares..we love him and his fighting.. but you're being biased, if you truely think he's well spoken then you need help with your education or you and people youre surrounded by have poor grammar and it's just normal for you.

Growing up in the streets and being streetwise in my book prepares oneself to be wiser and understand life as a whole and in the thick of it will teach you better than any book or teacher could ever think of preparing a humans life from a child to an adult with words. They say knowledge is key, but living in it,is a better teacher and experiencing it firsthand is the best knowledge to have it tells you about all the things not in a book we all are different and see things differently so you can't put a stamp on it and say this is how its gonna be 4 everyone and all the shit it doesn't speak of or will ever say in a book!!!!!

Of all the MMA fighters I have watched over the years I have huge huge respect for the Diaz brothers. I can relate to their situations and what they faced growing up in a unpredictable violent and dangerous environment. I know what its like to live everyday having to be alert and worried about getting shot or stabbed or jumped. Tomorrow is never guaranteed so you live in the day. Something gets taken from you in that environment that most people have no idea about. You dont think about career paths or where you want to be in 5 years when you arent sure that you will even have a tomorrow. Why should I go to school? How is that going to help me survive today? Skipping school starts to make good sense when it increases your odds of living through another day. I dont think Nick and Nate fight because they enjoy it. They fight to survive. And thats why they are both exceptional fighters. This isnt a game to them. They arent looking to be cool or famous. They're looking to put food on the table using skills that life forced them to have. Imagine fighting where you dont know when or where your next fight is going to be, or who it will be with, or if they have a knife or a gun. It isnt money at stake if you lose. It could be your life. These other rich kids that think fighting is cool and they want that fame of being a fighter look like punks to guys like the Diaz brothers. The Diaz brothers are the exact kind of mother fuckers I would have been tight with if I had grown up around them. They understand honor and loyalty and they understand putting in the work. The Diaz brothers deserve success and everything that comes with it.

He's never not training dude. Just because he's been "retired" and not competing doesn't mean he doesn't train like a fucking freak of nature every single day, because he absolutely does. Also....kinda weird that you only start working out because he's training? I mean good on you for starting I guess, but for fucks sake find a real reason. Your current one is both weird as fuck and makes you sound like you're 8
