I just have to make a comment about your department and your videos...so here goes! I like to watch fire related videos to see the type of work dept provide for their citizens from around the country. I think I could officially say now that I have watched thousands on the subject. Your videos about your department...and I used to live in Sacramento and have been to Stockton a hundred times or more...but that is another story. Your department "BY FAR" exceeds EVERY flippen department in the country! In my humble opinion. Your training instructors must be some of the best in the country for it really shows how your crews work...there fast, NOT LAZY, they go straight to their assignments and get to work...and they beat the heck out of those flames! It really is a piece of artistry to watch. I can only congratulate your dept. for being the BEST in the country! Keep up with your videos, I wish you posted more...but they are just superb in quality and educational value...I must say, you should start sending them to so many of these lousy brothers of your from around the country...last night I watch one video that to an officer and FF over 5 Minutes to lay 1 line out and attempt to put water on the fire. Then they let the water fly for no more than 10 seconds before the officer called for a secondary line...laid his line down and both he and the FF went to pull another line! Just unbelievable...by the time they got back to work they had lost the entire roof! Full collapse...you guys in the same amount of time would have had the entire fire extinguished I'm sure! Keep up the great work and saving your citizens valuable assets...their homes! You guys are the best of the best!

Absolutely agree that Stockton FD delivers a “gold standard” service to its communities- just so instructive as to how a professional FD can operate. 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏

I see the pattern. 1st truck, size up while a hose is gotten into action, 2nd truck runs in supply line and starts earch and vent. 3rd engine/Ladder move to exposure with 2 and starts set up. ou guys have a smooth play book and can adjust it on the fly. Awesome.

Stockton Fire's videos are the best! This channel is the only fire channel that shows how structural firefighting is actually done. And, the Department is highly effective. Strong work, SFD.

Those yards are as full of fuel as the woods.... Serious risk of that structure turning into an urban wildfire... That was an awesome catch of a situation that could have turned very bad. Very lucky the Santa Ana winds were not blowing..........

Great video and great work by the fire department. Only thing I see is the Stockton Code Enforcement does not do their job. In our city junk in the yard will get you a ticket. If you don't clean it up the city will and charge large bucks to and add it to the taxes.

Stockton is an awesome attack fire dept, very aggressive, I put them equal with NYFD
