Hey 😊 thanks for the vlog you did a great job. Unfortunately the roast potatoes don't look great 😮not crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. But sometimes it's just where it's sat under a light for so long.

It was really great when it first opened but now average at best…….same for its buffet breakfast, yet remains popular because of price

Standard chain carvery here Greg. Just a thought.. Steve says he isnt a fan of the big corporation giants but opts to take you for a chain brand carvery..

A tip for you lads to get extra meat for free , just say you want beef for instance let them carve it and put on your plate then last minute say oh actually some turkey and gammon. It looks nice 😂

Hi Greg, I'm not surprised to see your review and the score. We ate there a few months ago and I was massively underwhelmed by the food. We didn't have the carvery and ordered off the main menu. I won't have a carvery unless I know it's decent, and not been sat under those lamps for god knows how long!

I haven’t had a Sunday roast dinner in over 50 years,and I have no desire for one.I never cared for them when I was a kid,I always liked a pork chop,and those tiny potatoes they called Jersey mids,don’t know if you still have them as I don’t live in the UK.I also didn’t like gravy,but mint sauce was great.

i went there last year with mum and my uncle, funnily enough we sat at the same table as you! it was ok, but a far better sunday carvery is at the jolly sailor,bramhall lane davenport, or a nice meal at the red lion, cheadle 🙂
