I always find the Rytec to be the most rewarding sniper Rifle. It makes a very satisfying sound and the explosive rounds add a chuckle factor. IM well aware its largely unusable if you're particularly competitive but as a casual gamer in it for the giggles with mates, Rytec is a laugh.

Been using the Kar98 since season 3 and it has been a beast even when the SPR was a hitscan. But recently, I fell in love with the Tundra LW3. It's so good esp with the 4x scope with no glint.

Use a Cronen Pro optic to not only have no glint, but to reload using a stripper clip instead of one bullet at a time.

i only use kar but with the 1st barrel, variable scope and faster aiming grip. 5th attachment is either faster reload or bullet penetration to get those car kills

That's not how that works. Focus reduces flinch when you're being shot at. The Precision Comb reduces idle sway to the point to where you don't have to use the hold breath feature. They're two completely different things.

I'm torn between the Kar98 and the SPR. Kar98 allows for me to compete with ARs in certain ranges while maintaining that one shot headshot potential. With the SPR I can reach out further due to that bullet velocity. Hard to decide.

I've been using the K98 with the VLK optic since launch. No scope glint is OP as fuck if you're quick at popping heads. I can actually run away from enemies and run inside a building and pretty consistently turn and get a close range face shot with the VLK. Seems impressive to my dead teammates but it's not that difficult. Definitely recommend VLK on the K98

I've been using the Kar since season 1. Idk what it is but the green dot from the tac laser is just huge on my screen, after 100+ meters or so it get's in the way of seeing heads easily.

For me i still use the HDR, like you said in one of your videos 3 months ago, the maxed HDR has a faster bullet velocity than the SPR, although new sniper rifles came, i still use it time to time. It just feels more comfortable to me.

So, you could also use the presence of mind perk, which allows you to seemingly indefinitely hold your breath. I tested it in plunder and was able to hold my breath for over a minute. And considering that holding your breath makes for actual 0 idle sway, it might even be a better option. Try it out!

I use the KAR 98 as my preferred sniper weapon but i use the VLK 3.0 X power scope with tac laser. I use a smaller scope as they have no glint and the enemy cannot see you unless you move..

They were all using the "old" build prior to one of them making the first video about this "new" attachment, now they're all copying each other with new videos about this new and "amazing" new build. I was saying I've been using it this way since day one because it makes sense to make a sniper rifle more stable.
