only tried Redman Golden Blend as far as chew... seeing how great Stokers products are... their chews r probably magnificent Stokers is known to be cheap.... but don’t let that fool you... Seeing Bobby and how he’s been in his business since a child shows that this is almost like a mom & pop brand... which I respect wholeheartedly. bigger companies can monopolize their prices... smaller companies like Stokers can’t really. Ummm it probably has the same amount as a dip if you ever leave a sucker in ur mouth you get the same effect as chew and dip it makes ur gums raw lol hope this helps somewhat

Much less. It doesn't sit up against your gum and rub on it, that's all that causes recession, is something rubbing directly on your gum irritating it. I chew when I am giving my gums a break.
