In this video we give some general tips to help you keep your Stokke Trailz chassis in good working order. We primarily focus on areas to oil (as well as which oils to use) and tire pressure, as well as give some description of problems that can occur through neglect.

I’ve just bought a stokke trailz and one of the wheels won’t come off, the other wheel when I took that off the grease had dried out and turned white. I’m guessing that’s what has happened with the other wheel. How can I remove it to clean and grease it please??

I need a wheeldop of trailz, that plastic part to cover the wheel, can I buy that somewhere?

The Trailz is discontinued unfortunately, so you'd have to find it used. If it popped off, it means that the rim is a bit warped as well, so better to buy the updated wheels they released somewhere in 2018-2019 (I think), where the plate was screwed on the wheels. :)

Hi. It looks like the telescopic mechanism affected one of the pegs in our stroller after I applied the oil. It will not latch or lock in place after extending. Any ideas on how to get it to latch correctly when extended?

The pegs inside sometimes break off, it's likely not a result of oiling. My first suggestion would be to contact Stokke customer service, the warranty is great on Stokke strollers.
