The song Stolas sings is beautiful and so sad at the same time. I say it is better than his first song from episode two. We hear his pain of everything and more. And we see him standing up to Stella and finally kicking her out. hopefully, it will be the first step for him to recover and get better. fun fact the ruins for the book that Stolas opened during his song were translated by fans. the crystals in the book are Asmodeus crystals which are given to succubi and incubi so they can get to earth. we think that Stolas is looking for them either to give to Blitzo so he doesn't need his book or so he can go to earth more easily.

Welcome to season two; how would you like your trauma? This episode changes everything and nothing at the same time. We start off to see child Stolas with his father Paimon and the loyal butler (no that isn't Pringles that adult Stolas has as a butler). Paimon is actually voiced by none other than Jefer from Aladdin. how the hell does this team manage to get some big-time names for voice actors? in mythology Paimon is one of the kings of the Ars Goetia and is considered to be most loyal to Lucifer, so basically even as an adult he outranks Stolas unless he is revealed to have died which I doubt. We see hints of Stolas growing up, how he has his own father issues and the theory that he and Stella were an arranged marriage turned out to be true. and of course, we see him and Blitzo meeting for the first time. I did not expect this nor how young Stolas actually is. and we see Blitzo and Fizzarolli without either one having any scars or damage at all. so good catch noticing that he didn't have his scar yet and that the symbol on Blitzo and you Fizz's head came from the fact they worked at the same circus. while we don't know how it happen it is hinted that we might have it revealed in this season. and them meeting after 25 years, Stolas really showed that his daughter is the only good thing in his life. and Stella was truly a bitch from the start and we see all but abused Stolas. good to see him finally standing up for himself. we see the first time Blitzo and Stolas 'did the deed' and show that Blitzo didn't need to sleep with Stolas to get the book. sure it worked out better but hints that Stolas and Blitzo could possibly work together...if they work out their issues. and if "That was the sound...of a 'fucking' divorce!" isn't his new favorite line, it is no doubt a close second.

YAYYY I waited so long for this reaction I am super excited (I'll edit this when I fully watched it !) Edit : okay for starters Stolas' father is Paimon . The King of the Goetia family the Goetia family has 72 members and there are 9 kings Paimon being the most powerful of them all . Paimon is also the closest and most Loyal friend to King Lucifer of hell . I also think Paimon is the better dad between him and Blitz's Dad . Don't get me wrong both were AWFUL but if I HAD to choose between the 2 dads , Stolas' dad is the better of these 2 terrible dads . Asmodean Crystals is what Succubi such as Verosika use to get to earth . Fans including myself THEORIZE Stolas wants to give them to Blitz and the IMPs so he doesn't have to sleep with him anymore . It's also been Theorized Blitz only dated Verosika to steal one of those Crystals which is super fucked up imo . Fans including myself also Theorize Stolas wants to break up with Blitz and spend time away from eachother to do some self discovery of who they are on their own which I think is a very healthy thing to do . I do hope that by the end of this show or this season even they get back together after some alone time and character development and become finally a healthy couple because I do really ship them super hard . And now as for Stella.. the fact that Stolas knew how to stop her from slapping him implies she always abused him not just verbally but also Phisically for 17 years . This poor man endured so much from her . And it shows how much he loves Octavia . I really really really wish she knew the truth and the full picture as we see . I remember a line from Norman Reedus in the walking dead "some people ain't meant to be parents" and in my opinion Stella is a PRIME example of that line . I even theorize she tries to turn Octavia against Stolas when she takes her to those weekends . Episode 2 is a little less IN MY OPINION than this one but I also really look forward to that reaction . And sorry for this endless comment I just love talking about this show alot !! i loved Paimon's design!! i wish i was better versed in hell lore, but unfortunately i did not pay attention in my demonic history classes ^^' is the asmodean crystal thing for succubi canon confirmed or speculated? I feel like that would be a good way to show Blitz that he doesn't want power over him and wants them to feel like theyre equals. im with you, i ship them really hard LITERALLY i cannot stand Stella. She would have to go through quite the metamorphosis for me to like her as a person at all; i agree, i don't think she was made to be a parent, partner, or within anyones perimeter I also just recorded the next episode and it's honestly pretty damn good. I feel like it doesn't feel as much as the first because there's not a lot of fresh visuals (like baby stolas and baby blitz), we really just get introduced to human stolas and BRUH

And I also Hate Stella so much I think she is designed to be hated like Valentino . And as for Episode 2 I LOVED human Stolas and his sassyness towards Stella and even to Blitz for a moment with "then what is moxxies phone number ?" . So it is not impossible for the imps to have human disguises if Stolas had his Grimoire . I do secretly hope to see one episode with them all as humans . The smallest issue I have with the episode really is that they didn't address what happened at Ozzies but that they were occasionally flirting mutually as if nothing happened . On the other hand I noticed Stolas respected Blitz's boundaries alot more like he wasn't as oversexual as he usually was towards Blitz and his blushes made me fanboy . And I Adored Octavia and Loonas scene together . Just in case you thought of shipping them (some reactors did) Loona is canonically 22 years old (like me lmao) that is what Vizviepop confirmed on one of her livestreams and Octavia is 17 ofcourse . Millie also said she is 5 years older than Loona making her 27 and Moxxie 27/28ish So I see them as sisters and if Stolitz is officially canon and healthy they make the PERFECT sisters IMO . And Loonas backstory where she cried in the shelter because she soon ages out made even me tear up a little . Blitz clearly saw ALOT of himself in her . I just really loved the ending of that episode the most ! Season 2 is definitely a notch up this also kinda concludes my thoughts on episode 2 already since you already seen it . And I look super much forward in seeing your reaction to it !! Also in case you didn't catch it . The producer burned because LA water is 90% acid a poster said in the background ^^

I know you probably know this by now, but- imps have sexual dismorphism (or however you spell that). All imps have reddish skin, and black horns with white stripes. AFAB imps have thin stripes and black hair, while AMAB imps have thick stripes and white hair. Millie's sister is trans, visually indicated by her white roots and AMAB horns. So any imp you see who presents as one gender but has the physical indicators of the opposite is likely gender non-conforming, trans, or non-binary. The imp on the high wire might be a drag queen. It seems the particular offshoot species of imps that were in the circus can't grow hair on their heads.

Fun fact Stella tried to have Stolas killed by Striker Prior to this argument where she leaves saying he will pay for his deeds. She knows damn well what she’s doing, it’s just sad/beautiful irony that Stolas of all people a “Prince of hell” is a better father figure than most stereotypical divorcee parents. Mad respect to the writing team and actors. This was insane.
