Sorry to hear of your story and I'm sure you've learnt from it, you did well to come clean and apologies. However, I will give you a few truths, if someone is able to curse you or know of your actions without being in your presence or corresponded with someone the it is only one of a few ways, true and angel or a malevolent spirit. That spirit likely resides in her house, so by you setting foot into that house your walked into her world, the spirit would have communicated with her and she was able to curse you, because you had no protection from God for two main reasons, you adulterated and stole, two sins mentioned in the 10 commandments.
