In the booklet on the song "At the risk of feeling dumb" the only thing circled is the word "two" and has a question mark on it, on his recent reply to show tweets the album cover is flipped. Maybe hinting at the flip side of a vinyl record. Sometimes records come with music on both sides of the vinyl. Blurryface and Clancy are opposites, both faces, "Ive got two faces blurryface is the one i'm not." Now that both "faces" are presented whats next?

Its all about the parable of the prodigal son and other possible parables from Book of Luke, one about a tax collector..etc...long rabbit hole

It's a pharisee and tax collector who both pray to God, Jesus acknowledge the tax collector as having greater sin , in overcompensate, save half for your taxes, it's about repenting sin. I fully believe Nico is referencing Nicodemus and how he was a pharisee who secretly sought out teachings from Jesus by sneaking to see him at night and when morning comes he is reborn. You can't be reborn without water hence, I would swim the paladin strait. So eventually the term Nicodemite meant someone who pretends to believe in a religion that is not their actual beliefs. Tyler's so clever that I believe he's being tongue in cheek about this, cleverly masking his beliefs in his lyrics . But this is a small piece of everything they do. Every song has multiple layers, not religion based, and amazing music but he will always carry his faith with him regardless what his actual beliefs are, it's his business and he doesn't preach 💙 One other thing , Nicodemus in imperial Aramaic, which was the language Jesus spoke, starts with a letter resembling the dangerous bend symbol, Tyler is more than smart enough to know this and has everyone looking for connections to Nicholas bourbaki, he hates math and I think he's using misdirection. I love how he did Ms.Believer, for misbeliever. I don't know alot still, but these are just some observations I personally see...regardless Tyler's pen saves

Great analysis would love to hear more of your insight on bible related verses in clancy. In my personal opinion i feel like most of the lyrics relate back to God in some shape or farm. Whenever he sings "you" ​@joshualaforme5481

I agree, Trench is the greatest album ever by Twenty One Pilots. 🔥 My first album was Blurry-face, I got for Christmas the year it came out but back then it did resonate (until later on in life) besides Stressed Out, and fast forward to 2018, listened to Nico and The Niners, I said this song was at another level at that time… I agree Trench was something different in the greatest way possible. Clancy is 🔥 too.
